Notifications and Communication - eSantaFe and Office 365
Santa Fe College (SF) uses eSantaFe and student email accounts (Office 365) to send official notifications and communications to students. These notifications and communications include, but are not limited to, alerts regarding financial aid, student records, admissions, registration and academic status.
SF students are responsible for accessing student records and regularly checking student notifications using eSantaFe and the official college email account.
Students will receive an email reminder, via college email, to check official notifications; however, it is strongly advised that all students regularly and frequently check the eSantaFe student portal. Failure to do so may cause students to miss critical information that could impact their status at the college.
All students are asked to log onto eSantaFe to register with the Emergency Notification System (ENS) so that information can be readily shared by the college in the event of a crisis. Students may list up to five different ways to be contacted in case of emergency: two voice numbers, two email addresses and one text number.
