MAC 2234 - Survey of Calculus 2Credit Hours: 4.0 Prerequisite(s): MAC2233 with C Corequisite(s): None This is the second semester in a two-semester survey of calculus sequence and is not intended to be a substitute for any course(s) in the engineering calculus sequence. This course includes the study and applications of definite integrals, numerical integration, techniques of antidifferentiation, improper integrals, functions of several variables, partial derivatives, multiple integrals, differential equations, probability density functions, sequences and series, systems of linear equations and matrices, linear inequalities and linear programming problems. The primary General Education Learning Outcome for this course is Quantitative Reasoning, which is to understand and apply mathematical concepts and reasoning and analyze and interpret various types of data.
