Santa Fe College’s Associate in Science (A.S.) in Leadership for Industry degree is a 60-credit hour program that recognizes and builds on and previous industry-related training and provides students with business education to prepare them for transition into leadership roles.
Students who successfully complete the A.S. in Leadership for Industry degree may apply to the Santa Fe College Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management (BAS OM) program. The BAS OM program further develops students’ knowledge and skills to succeed in leadership positions in business, government, and nonprofit organizations.
Requirements for Admission
If a student is not at college level, they would take the prep classes before beginning the program courses but could still be admitted.
To be eligible to articulate into this program, students must have completed a registered apprenticeship program or post-secondary certificate in a relevant technical field. Example apprenticeship programs and certificates include:

Program Goals and Outcomes

Need C or higher in all coursework to graduate.
All students are encouraged to make an appointment with a SF Business Programs Advisor once each semester to ensure that adequate progress toward the degree is being made. All students must apply for graduation upon enrollment in their last semester of coursework.
