MAS 2103 - Linear AlgebraCredit Hours: 4.0 Prerequisite(s): MAC2312 with C AND Corequisite(s): MAS2103L This is a one semester introductory course in linear algebra. This course includes, but is not limited to, the study of systems of linear equations, matrices, determinants, vectors and vector spaces, linear transformations, eigenvalues and eigenvectors, and their applications. Computer software and graphing calculators will be used to enhance the learning and teaching of topics and techniques covered. The primary General Education Learning Outcome for this course is Quantitative Reasoning, which is to understand and apply mathematical concepts and reasoning and analyze and interpret various types of data.
