This is a business management and supervision course that introduces students to a broad range of supervision and management concepts. The course covers historical and contemporary trends, leadership, meetings, contributing as a team member, diversity, goals, problem solving, and decision making, productivity, motivating employees, providing performance reviews, as well as other management and supervision concepts. Current sustainability, social responsibility, and multicultural issues require modern management and supervision skills. In this course, you will learn about solutions and tools used to meet modern supervisory challenges.
