This is a cooperative on-the-job training course with class/lab courses to provide the work-related experiences during the third summer term in the apprenticeship program. Students and their coordinator determine objectives for the field experience. The student maintains accurate hourly records and obtains a performance appraisal each month form the job supervisor.
