DES 0021  - Oral and Dental Anatomy

This course is a study of the hard and soft tissues of the oral cavity. Topics include primary and permanent dentition, nomenclature, tooth morphology, anomalies, occlusion, nerve and blood supply, salivary glands and muscles of mastication. Colored pencil tooth identification exercises supplement lectures. Articulates with Dental Hygiene, DES1000C.
