The dental radiography course includes principles of radiation physics and biology, safety, and infection control measures for the protection of operator and patient, intraoral and extra oral techniques of exposing dental radiographs, x-ray machine operation, radiograph composition, mounting and viewing, processing solutions and procedures, legal requirements, patient education and interpretation of dental radiographs. Articulates with Dental Hygiene, DES1200.
