EET 1141  - Introduction to Semiconductors

This course will cover a variety of two and three terminal solid-state devices. The diode is examined in terms of its V-I characteristics and important applications. The bipolar junction transistor is introduced in both digital switching and linear applications. Both JFETs and MOSFETs are introduced.
