EMS 2464  - Paramedic Phase 1 Clinical Experience

Credit Hours: 5.0
Prerequisite(s): EMS1119 with C and EMS1119L with C and EMS1411 with C and EMS1421 with C
AND
Corequisite(s): EMS2620 and EMS2620L
This course is the clinical component of the paramedic program during the first semester. Clinical areas include: emergency department, intensive care unit, coronary care unit, operating room, post anesthesia unit, morgue, rescue, and other specialty areas.
