ENL 2012  - Survey of English Literature 1

Credit Hours: 3.0
Prerequisite(s): ENC1102 with C or ENC2210 with C
Corequisite(s): None
This is an introductory course in English literature from its recorded beginnings in the days of Beowulf to the Age of Enlightenment at the end of the 18th century including selections from the Western canon.. A grade of C or higher in ENC1101 or ENC2210 is needed for entry into ENL2012. This course meets the definition of a writing-intensive course (State BOE Rule 6A-10.030).
