MAN 2300  - Human Resource Management

An introduction to human resource management concepts with particular emphasis on human resource management skills and techniques. Emerging concepts and practices with regard to new responsibilities brought about by recent state and federal legislation will be highlighted. Effective and efficient human resources practices that support the strategic goals of their organizations will be covered.
