MLT 0047 - Phlebotomy

This course is designed to explore the principles for collecting blood specimens for the purpose of laboratory analysis. Principles of basic cardiovascular anatomy and physiology, blood drawing equipment, safety procedures, standard precautions, specimen processing and medical terminology will be stressed.
Post-Secondary Adult Vocational
