PLA 1104  - Legal Writing and Research

Credit Hours: 3.0
Prerequisite(s): ENC1101 with C or PLA1003 with C
Corequisite(s): None
This course provides the student with an in-depth examination of the law library and the processes of legal research. The student is also introduced to the techniques and requirements of writing legal memoranda. An introduction to computerized legal research is included.
