PLA 2273  - Torts: Personal Injury Litigation

Credit Hours: 3.0
Prerequisite(s): PLA1003 with C
Corequisite(s): None
This course presents the fundamental principles of tort law and includes intentional torts, negligence and product liability. Emphasis is placed on the handling of a lawsuit to recover damages for personal injury primarily due to negligence. Liability insurance also will be addressed.
