HSC 1434L  - Central Processing Technology Lab and Internship

This course is designed to provide students opportunities to develop and strengthen skills necessary to work in a sterile processing department. During this course, students will learn, and practice skills associated with working in the Sterile Processing Department. Students will apply the skills and knowledge acquired from earlier coursework to simulate the work environment for decontamination and preparation of surgical supplies and instruments.
