This program provides students with the basics of a service desk in interacting with clients to successfully troubleshoot devices (especially PCs). Students who successfully complete this college credit certificates are exposed to the competencies included in the following industry certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Project+.
