The Associate of Science Degree in Applied Business Analytics is a 60-credit hour program that develops the students’ knowledge and skills in business, statistics, and information sciences. The knowledge and skills developed are required to understand and demonstrate the ability to make modern business decisions grounded in data. In addition to some of the traditional business disciplines of accounting, finance, economics, management and marketing, students will demonstrate an understanding of the fundamentals of computer programming and database management. This knowledge will be combined with quantitative tools and techniques that students can apply to a variety of business situations. Most importantly, the graduate will be capable of communicating with other analysts, managers, and information technology professors to generate informed decision making and drive businesses into a modern digital presence.
